1.1   This website is owned and operated by the Organ Injury and Repair Pillar of the Unity Health Toronto Research Institution. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information and registration for the Keen-On Healing Fibrosis Symposium. 1.3   These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your purchase of tickets for and attendance at the Keen-On Healing Fibrosis Symposium (the "Event"), organized by the Organ Injury and Repair Pillar of the Unity Health Toronto Research Institution ("we", "us", "our").
1.4   By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Ticket Purchase

2.2   All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as specified in section 4 (Cancellations and Changes).

2.3   You must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing tickets. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

 

Payment

3.1   All ticket prices are listed in CAD.

3.2  Payment must be made through the payment methods specified on our website.

3.3  By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

 

Cancellations and Changes

4.1   We reserve the right to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

4.2    We may change the date, time, or venue of the Event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, you may request a refund.

4.3    We will notify you of any significant changes or cancellations using the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process.

 

Admission and Conduct

5.1   You must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the Event.

5.2   We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

5.3   You must comply with all Event rules, policies, and any applicable laws and regulations.

 

Photography and Recording

6.1   By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

6.2  You may not photograph, film, or record the Event without prior written permission from us.

 
Liability

7.1   We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property in connection with the Event, except where such liability is mandatory by law.

7.2   You assume all risks associated with attending the Event.
